1895 - 1974 David Jones has been described as the greatest painter/poet since Blake. The water colour from which this print is made was exhibited at the Tate Gallery in a retrospective of David Jones in 1981. A copy of notes "about the Gwener" written by David Jones in 1973 accompanies each copy of the print.
